Izjava o varovanju osebnih podatkov opisuje obravnavo podatkov, ki nam jih zagotavljajo ali zbirajo na\u0161e digitalne platforme, ki obiskovalcem omogo\u010dajo dostop do na\u0161e spletne strani in uporabe na\u0161ih storitev. Podjetje Dropin boards, proizvodnja \u0161portne opreme, Uro\u0161 \u017didanek s.p. obdeluje osebne podatke v skladu z dolo\u010dbami Uredbe (EU) 2016\/679 Evropskega parlamenta in Sveta z dne 27. aprila 2016 o varstvu fizi\u010dnih oseb pri obdelavi osebnih podatkov in o prostem pretoku teh podatkov in razveljavitvi Direktive 95\/46 \/ ES <strong>(v nadaljnjem besedilu: Splo\u0161na uredba o varstvu podatkov oz. GDPR)<\/strong>, v skladu z veljavnim Zakonom o varstvu osebnih ter ostalimi predpisi na podro\u010dju varstva osebnih podatkov.<\/p><p>V nadaljevanju preberite, kako ravnamo z va\u0161imi osebnimi podatki.<\/p><p><strong>Pravna podlaga za obdelavo podatkov<\/strong><\/p><p>Osebni podatki, zbrani v spletni trgovini, in sicer preko obrazcev, ki jih izpolni posameznik &#8211;\u00a0 ali so kako druga\u010de sporo\u010deni upravljavcu &#8211; podjetju Dropin boards, proizvodnja \u0161portne opreme, Uro\u0161 \u017didanek s.p. (ime in priimek, e-mail, telefon, ulica in hi\u0161na \u0161tevilka, po\u0161tna \u0161tevilka, mesto\/kraj, dr\u017eava, regija, vsebina nakupovalne ko\u0161arice, IP) se zbirajo z namenom opravljanja osnovne dejavnosti Dropin boards, proizvodnja \u0161portne opreme, Uro\u0161 \u017didanek s.p. tj. spletna trgovina, in sicer za odgovor na povpra\u0161evanje, za pripravo in sklenitev pogodbe ter za samo izvajanje pogodbe. Ker je obdelava teh informacij nujna za izvedbo same storitve, se obdelava teh podatkov vr\u0161i \u017ee na podlagi dejstva, da kupec s ponudnikom vstopa v pogodbeno razmerje. Pravno podlago za zakonito obdelavo osebnih podatkov predstavlja izvajanje pogodbe, katere pogodbena stranka je posameznik na katerega se osebni podatki nana\u0161ajo, oziroma izvajanje ukrepov na zahtevo takega posameznika pred sklenitvijo pogodbe (\u010dlen 6 (1) (b) GDPR).<\/p><p>\u010ce je pravna osnova za obdelavo podatkov va\u0161e soglasje (privolitev), imate pravico, da kadar koli umaknete svoje soglasje, vendar to ne vpliva na zakonitost obdelave s strani podjetja Dropin boards, proizvodnja \u0161portne opreme, Uro\u0161 \u017didanek s.p. za obdobje preden umaknete soglasje (\u010dlen 6 (1) (a) GDPR). V primeru va\u0161ega preklica soglasja v obdelovanje osebnih podatkov bomo zbrane osebne podatke za ta namen prenehali obdelovati.<\/p><p>\u010ce posredujemo osebne podatke organom pregona ali drugim dr\u017eavnim organom, delimo va\u0161e osebne podatke, ker imamo zakonsko obveznost, da to storimo. Na\u0161e zakonske obveznosti se nana\u0161ajo tudi na hrambo dokumentacije, ki izhaja iz ra\u010dunovodskih in dav\u010dnih predpisov (\u010dlen 6 (1) (c) GDPR).<\/p><p>Deljenje osebnih podatkov z na\u0161imi pogodbenimi partnerji, zaradi zagotavljanja u\u010dinkovitega upravljanja in za\u0161\u010dite poslovanja, prav tako pa uveljavljanje in izvajanje pravnih zahtevkov ali obrambe pred njimi, predstavljajo tako imenovani zakoniti interes podjetja\u00a0Dropin boards, proizvodnja \u0161portne opreme, Uro\u0161 \u017didanek s.p. Za potrebe zagotavljanja varnosti, se zbirajo tudi IP naslovi, iz katerih uporabniki dostopajo do spletnega mesta. Vsakemu uporabniku je ob za\u010detku obiska dodeljen sejni pi\u0161kotek za identifikacijo in spremljanje nakupovalne ko\u0161arice.
