Splo\u0161ni pogoji poslovanja ponudnika so sestavljeni v skladu z Zakonom o varstvu potro\u0161nikov (ZVPot), na podlagi priporo\u010dil GZS-a in mednarodnih kodeksov e-poslovanja.<\/p><p>Nakup na spletni strani je mo\u017eno izvesti kot kot gost.<\/p><p>Ponudnik se zavezuje, da bo kupcu vselej zagotovil naslednje informacije:<\/p><ul><li>identiteto podjetja (ime in sede\u017e podjetja, \u0161tevilka registra) ter kontaktne podatke, ki uporabniku omogo\u010dajo hitro in u\u010dinkovito komunikacijo (e-po\u0161ta, telefon),<\/li><li>bistvene zna\u010dilnosti blaga oziroma storitev (vklju\u010dno s poprodajnimi storitvami in garancijami),<\/li><li>dobavljivost izdelkov (vsak izdelek ali storitev, ki je v ponudbi na spletnem mestu, naj bi bil dobavljiv v razumnem roku),<\/li><li>pogoje dostave izdelka ali izvr\u0161itve storitve (na\u010din, kraj in rok dostave),<\/li><li>jasno in nedvoumno dolo\u010dene cene izdelkov in stro\u0161ke prevoza,<\/li><li>na\u010din pla\u010dila in dostave,<\/li><li>\u010dasovno veljavnost ponudbe,<\/li><li>rok, v katerem je \u0161e mo\u017eno odstopiti od pogodbe ter morebitne stro\u0161ke, ki nastanejo pri vra\u010dilu izdelka,<\/li><li>pojasnilo postopka ob prito\u017ebi, vklju\u010dno z vsemi podatki o kontaktni osebi ali slu\u017ebi za stike s kupci.<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>Ponudba izdelkov<\/strong><\/p><p>Ponudba spletne trgovine se zaradi narave poslovanja prek svetovnega spleta dnevno spreminja. Cene so predstavljene kot redne in zni\u017eane.<\/p><ul><li><strong>Redne cene<\/strong> \u2013 so obi\u010dajno priporo\u010dene maloprodajne cene proizvajalca oziroma uvoznika ali cene, ki jih dolo\u010di ponudnik<\/li><li><strong>Zni\u017eane cene<\/strong> \u2013 so trenutno zni\u017eane redne cene in nimajo vnaprej dolo\u010dene veljavnosti<\/li><\/ul><p>Ponudnik si pridr\u017euje pravico do poljubnega spreminjanja cen, ki veljajo v trenutku oddaje naro\u010dila in nimajo vnaprej dolo\u010dene trajnosti. Vse objavljene cene v izbrani valuti vsebujejo DDV, razen \u010de je izrecno napisano druga\u010de.<br \/>Kljub dnevnemu a\u017euriranju in kontroli to\u010dnosti podatkov se lahko zgodi da je podatek o ceni napa\u010den. Vsak darilni bon je ozna\u010den s svojo kodo (unikatno serijsko \u0161tevilko), prodajalec Uro\u0161 \u017didanek s.p. pa ga je zavezan sprejeti kot pla\u010dilo za nakup prek spletne trgovine Dropin boards, proizvodnja \u0161portne opreme, Uro\u0161 \u017didanek s.p..<\/p><p>Darilni bon je mogo\u010de kupiti v spletni trgovini Dropin boards, proizvodnja \u0161portne opreme, Uro\u0161 \u017didanek s.p.,. Vnov\u010denje spletnega darilnega bona je mo\u017eno le v spletni trgovini. Za nakup darilnega bona veljajo enaka dolo\u010dila pogojev poslovanja kot za nakup drugih artiklov. Ponudnik lahko za preverjanje podatkov ali zagotavljanje to\u010dnosti dobave pokli\u010de kupca na njegovo kontaktno telefonsko \u0161tevilko. Ob potrditvi naro\u010dila ponudnik obvesti kupca po elektronski po\u0161ti o predvidenem roku dostave. Pogodba o nakupu naro\u010denih artiklov med kupcem in ponudnikom je na tej stopnji nepreklicno sklenjena.<\/li><li><strong>Naro\u010dilo zaklju\u010deno: <\/strong>Ponudnik v dogovorjenem roku blago pripravi, po\u0161lje in o tem po elektronski po\u0161ti obvesti kupca. Ponudnik isto\u010dasno pou\u010di kupca o politiki vra\u010dila blaga in poda informacije, kam se lahko obrne v primeru zamude pri dostavi in kam v primeru prito\u017ebe.<\/li><\/ol><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>Vra\u010dilo blaga<\/strong><\/p><p>Kupec ima pravico, da naro\u010deno blago iz kakr\u0161nega koli razloga vrne v 14 dneh od prejema (43. \u010dlen Zakona o varstvu potro\u0161nikov). O nameravanem vra\u010dilu mora kupec pisno obvestiti ponudnika, najkasneje v 14 dneh od prejetja blaga, in sicer na e-naslov <u>info@dropinboards.com<\/u>\u00a0ali po po\u0161ti na naslov: Dropin boards, proizvodnja \u0161portne opreme, Uro\u0161 \u017didanek s.p., Cesta Radomeljske \u010dete 24C, 1235 Radomlje, blago pa vrniti nerabljeno z originalnimi etiketami in nepo\u0161kodovano v originalni embala\u017ei v nadaljnjih 14 dneh od poslanega pisnega obvestila o odstopu od pogodbe na naslov : Dropin boards, proizvodnja \u0161portne opreme, Uro\u0161 \u017didanek s.p., Cesta Radomeljske \u010dete 24C, 1235 Radomlje<\/p><p>Prilo\u017eena morata biti tudi originalni ra\u010dun in izpolnjen obrazec za odstop od pogodbe. Stro\u0161ke vra\u010dila blaga, ki nastanejo pri vrnitvi predmeta nakupa, poravna kupec.<\/p><p>Kupnina za vrnjeno blago bo kupcu vrnjena najkasneje v 14 dneh na enak na\u010din kot je bilo opravljeno pla\u010dilo po prejetju vrnjenega blaga na naslov za vra\u010dila. Izjema je pla\u010dilo po povzetju, kjer Vam kupnino vrnemo na va\u0161 naveden TRR.<\/p><p>Pri vra\u010dilu enega ali ve\u010d izdelkov, kupljenih v akcijah oziroma promocijah kjer so vklju\u010dene kombinacije izdelkov ali vezanega nakupa med izdelki, kjer je bila cena drugega izdelka zni\u017eana zaradi nakupa prvega izdelka po polni ceni ali obra\u010duna popusta na dolo\u010den izdelek zaradi prese\u017eenega dolo\u010denega zneska polnega nakupa, je obvezno vra\u010dilo vseh artiklov.<\/p><p>Obrazec za odstop od pogodbe \/ vra\u010dilo blaga dobite po mailu po predhodni najavi na mail info@dropinboards.com.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>Kaj storiti v primeru po\u0161kodovanih oziroma odprtih po\u0161iljk z manjkajo\u010do vsebino?<\/strong><\/p><p>V primeru dostave vidno po\u0161kodovane oziroma odprte po\u0161iljke paket nemudoma zavrnite dostavljalcu. Paketa ne sprejmite saj le tako lahko spro\u017eite postopek reklamacije.<\/p><p>V tak\u0161nem primeru\u00a0mora kupec spro\u017eiti postopek reklamacije pri dostavljalcu blaga (Po\u0161ti Slovenije\u00a0oz dostavni slu\u017ebi) in o tem ponudnika pisno obvestiti na e-naslov <u><a href=\"mailto:info@dropinboards.com\">info@dropinboards.com<\/a><\/u>.\u00a0Skupaj bomo poskrbeli, da bo reklamacija re\u0161ena v najkraj\u0161em mo\u017enem \u010dasu.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>Reklamacija<\/strong><\/p><p>V kolikor blago nima lastnosti, ki jih je prodajalec izrecno obljubil, \u010de je prodajalec poslal napa\u010dne izdelke, v napa\u010dni koli\u010dini, barvi ali blago kako druga\u010de odstopa od kup\u010devega naro\u010dila, potem kupec blago reklamira.\u00a0Kupec mora o postopku vra\u010dila blaga zaradi reklamacije pisno obvestiti prodajalca na e-naslov <a href=\"mailto:info@obsession.si\">info@dropinboards.com<\/a>. Prodajalec uredi prevzem paketa od kupca in krije stro\u0161ke\u00a0vra\u010dila iz razloga reklamacije.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>Garancija<\/strong><\/p><p>Proizvajalec je v skladu z zakonom dol\u017ean kupcu zagotoviti garancijo za brezhibno delovanje kupljenega blaga. Garancijo lahko kupec uveljavlja neposredno pri proizvajalcu ali njegovem poobla\u0161\u010denem servisu.\u00a0<\/p><p>Proizvajalec je dol\u017ean garancijsko popravilo opraviti v 45 dneh od prejema blaga, v nasprotnem primeru pa artikel zamenjati z drugim, enakovrednim in brezhibnim artiklom. Kupec lahko garancijo uveljavlja tudi pri prodajalcu, vendar tudi v tem primeru velja dolo\u010dilo iz prej\u0161njega odstavka.<\/p><p>Vra\u010dilo blaga v garanciji\u00a0se opravi v skladu s pogoji, ki jih proizvajalec navede na garancijskem listu.<\/p><p>V kolikor \u017eelite po\u0161iljko vrniti na na\u0161e stro\u0161ke, se je o tem potrebno predhodno dogovoriti.\u00a0<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>Stvarna napaka<\/strong><\/p><p>Napaka je po Zakonu o varstvu potro\u0161nikov stvarna:<\/p><ul><li>\u010de blago nima lastnosti, ki so potrebne za njeno normalno rabo ali za promet;<\/li><li>\u010de blago nima lastnosti, ki so potrebne za posebno rabo, za katero jo kupec kupuje, ki pa je bila prodajalcu znana oziroma bi mu morala biti znana;<\/li><li>\u010de blago nima lastnosti in odlik, ki so bile izrecno ali mol\u010de dogovorjene oziroma predpisane;<\/li><li>\u010de je prodajalec izro\u010dil blago, ki se ne ujema z vzorcem ali modelom, razen \u010de je bil vzorec ali model pokazan le zaradi obvestila.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Uveljavljanje stvarne napake<\/strong><\/p><p>Kupec nas mora o morebitni stvarni napaki skupaj z natan\u010dnim opisom le-te obvestiti najkasneje v roku dveh mesecev od dneva, ko je napako odkril. \u010ce je od prevzema artikla preteklo \u017ee ve\u010d kot dve leti, uveljavljanje stvarne napake ni ve\u010d mogo\u010de. Hkrati mora kupec omogo\u010diti pregled artikla.<\/p><p>Pravico do uveljavljanja stvarne napake na artiklu natan\u010dneje urejajo dolo\u010dila ZVPot.<\/p><p>Obrazec za uveljavljanje stvarne napake dobite po mailu po predhodni najavi na mail info@dropinboards.com<\/p><p><strong>Naslov za vra\u010dilo blaga<\/strong><\/p><p>Dropin boards, proizvodnja \u0161portne opreme,<br \/>Uro\u0161 \u017didanek s.p.,<br \/>Cesta Radomeljske \u010dete 24C,<br \/>1235 Radomlje<\/p><p>Po\u0161iljk z odkupnino ne prejemamo!<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>Dostava<\/strong><\/p><p>Do 13. ure naro\u010deni izdelki bodo odposlani najkasneje dva delovna dneva po naro\u010dilu (dolo\u010dila glede dostave veljajo, \u010de je blago na zalogi). Za naro\u010dnikovo potrditev se \u0161teje potrjen mail postavitve besedila, ki ga dobi na vpogled na svoj naslov.<br \/>\u010ce ponudnik ne bo mogel izpolniti svoje obveznosti, ker blago ne bo na razpolago, bo o tem nemudoma obvestil kupca. Naro\u010deni izdelki bodo dostavljeni z navadno dostavo, odvisno od izbire kupca. Stro\u0161ki dostave se obra\u010dunajo po ceniku dostave.<br \/>V primeru, ko ponudnik pravo\u010dasno odpravi naro\u010dene izdelke, ni odgovoren za prekora\u010den rok dostave pogodbenega izvajalca. Dostava se izvr\u0161i na naslov, ki ga je uporabnik navedel ob registraciji ali naro\u010dilu. \u010ce ob \u010dasu dostave nikogar ni na naslovu, dostavljalec pusti obvestilo o prispeli po\u0161iljki. Z obvestilom lahko prevzamete po\u0161iljko na naslovu dostavljalca oziroma se dogovorite za ponovno dostavo.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>Odveza odgovornosti<\/strong><\/p><p>Spletna trgovina www.dropinboards.com se trudi zagotoviti a\u017eurnost in pravilnost podatkov, ki so objavljeni, kljub tem se lahko zgodi, da podatki (cena, rok dobave, lastnosti izdelka) niso pravo\u010dasno a\u017eurirani. V takem primeru bo ponudnik kupca obvestil o spremembah in mu omogo\u010dil preklic ali spremembo naro\u010dila oziroma predlagal drugo ustrezno re\u0161itev.<br \/>\u010ceprav se ponudnik trudi zagotoviti natan\u010dne fotografije prodajnih artiklov, je treba vse fotografije razumeti kot simboli\u010dne.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>Prito\u017ebe in spori<\/strong><\/p><p>Ponudnik spo\u0161tuje veljavno zakonodajo o varstvu potro\u0161nikov. Ponudnik mora v 5 delovnih dneh potrditi, da je prejel prito\u017ebo in kupca obve\u0161\u010dati o poteku postopka. Ponudnik se zaveda, da je bistvena zna\u010dilnost potro\u0161ni\u0161kega spora, vsaj kar zadeva sodno re\u0161evanje, njegova nesorazmernost med ekonomsko vrednostjo zahtevka in stro\u0161ki, ki nastanejo pri re\u0161evanju samega spora. To je tudi glavna ovira, da potro\u0161nik ne spro\u017ei spora pred sodi\u0161\u010dem.
